ABOUT US
Krishna Saa Fabs Pvt. Ltd, consisting of three different plants -Hot Dip Zinc Galvanization, Fabrication and Steel Re-rolling- in a sprawling 15-acre land, is situated in the Industrial Development Area, GAJULAMANDYAM, TIRUPATI, ANDHRAPRADESH, INDIA, with all infrastructure facility.
Krishna Saa Fabs Pvt Ltd, with Mr. N. DORASWAMY as its' Managing Director, was established on September 27, 1996. It is an Infrastructure Industry, engaged in fabricating and galvanizing of materials used the in the erection of Towers for Power Transmission, Towers for Tele-Communication, Wind-Mills, Bridges and Railways Electrification etc. And, the Over-Head Sign Boards, Crash Barriers and Arch Bridge Moulds are also made here.
All kinds of steel strips including the earth reinforcement strips as per customer's specifications are made at the Re-rolling plant in the factory. The plant can produce about 60 M.T. of steel in the form of strips or flats per day.
The Molten Zinc Kettle is, perhaps, the longest in south India. The kettle also called as tub measuring about 8000 mm (L), 1000 mm (W) and 1100 mm (D), has been built at a very ideal place for Galvanization in the plant that has a built-up area of about 10,000 sq. feet in the total project area of about 2,00,000 sq. feet in the factory.
About 100 M.T. of different kinds of job completed steel materials can be galvanized at the plant daily. The plant proved to be one of the best masters in India as far as the quality of the material, after the hot dip zinc galvanization, is concerned.
Meanwhile, the Fabrication Unit, set up in a built-up area of measuring about 10,000 sq. ft., has the capacity to produce at least 100 M.T. of steel works including that of Tele-communication Towers per day.
The Factory, located on the RENIGUNTA-CHENNAI Highway, about 15 minute drive from the world famous temple town of TIRUPATI, is well connected to almost all Cities and Towns in India by Air, Rail and Road.
The Factory headed by it's Managing Director Mr. N. DORASWAMY, a soft spoken technical genius, assisted by a team of highly skilled professionals including Engineers and Designers who can design, fabricate and galvanize the products by using scientific methods as per the requirement and specifications given by the esteemed customers.
